KB Fitness is the largest Martial Arts Academy in Central London.  Our Academy offers Kickboxing, Pilates, Yoga, Kung Fu, Dance, Tai Chi and Self Defence classes to adults on a weekly basis.

KB KICKBOXING

Kickboxing at KB Fitness is grounded in Martial Arts.  For those who choose to spar, contact is light rather than full, so that accuracy, speed and tactics are taught. Classes are non-aggressive, non-intimidating, fun, safe and friendly!

Self defence has never been more important than it is in current times.  Classes learning simple but effective techniques are held monthly in our Piccadilly Venue.  We can also arrange a class for your colleagues or friends and family!

Yoga is an ancient system of Indian philosophy, welcomed by practitioners throughout the world. It incorporates a range of practices from physical postures and breath control to meditation.  KB Yoga offers Astanga yoga & 'Moga'.  Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays.

KB KUNG FU

KB Kung Fu is a beautiful art form, excellent for self defence as well as posture and inner energy (chi). It is an ancient Chinese martial art, incorporating a full variety of different excercises.
