The benefits of attending dance classes are endless!  Getting fit doesn't have to be a chore!  The rush of adrenaline experienced at a good dance class is exceptional!

Whilst you are busy thrusting your hips or throwing out your arms, you are exercising.  Dancing your way to fitness is such an uplifting route to take!

Physical Advantages Dancing improves endurance, strength, muscle tone, coordination, balance and flexibility - consistently challenging the body (burning calories in the process!)
